<br />recyclable, the parties shall immediately meet to renegotiate the per <br />unit fee for service. <br /> <br />In the cvent that the parties disagree on the question of whether there <br />is a market for a particular recyclable or on the economic feasibility <br />of that market, the disagreement shall be submitted to non-binding <br />arbitration. In this case, each party shall name an arbitrator, and the <br />two shall select a third person to serve as chairperson of the <br />arbitration panel. The arbitration panel shall meet and decide said <br />question within 30 days. Meanwhile, collection of said material shall <br />continue pending outcome of arbitration. <br /> <br />The City shall have the right, during the term of the Contract, to have <br />a representative on Contractor's and premises to monitor the <br />operation of the Contract. Such representative shall only be allowed <br />on Contractor's premises during normal business hours. <br /> <br />20. Sine:le-Stream Collection <br /> <br />If the City of Roseville accepts the single-stream recycling option or <br />engages in the single-stream pilot program for all RDU's, the <br />following conditions will apply: <br /> <br />a) Included in the per household price is the purchase and <br />delivery of curbside carts, and the Contractor will maintain a <br />new and replacement inventory, service and repair, and <br />maintain sufficient cart inventory of various sizes to meet <br />supply and demand needs for the entire term of the contract <br />or pilot program. <br /> <br />b) The standard 64-gallon cart shall be approximately 26" x 26" <br />x 41" in dimension, and be smooth for ease in cleaning. The <br />cart shall be uniform and consistent in color and design with a <br />recycling symbol on two sides and front and approved <br />instruction label imbedded into each lid, so as to be easily <br />identified by the resident/customer and the Contractor Driver <br />as the container for recyclable materials collection. <br /> <br />c) Thirty and Ninety gallon carts of similar design shall be <br />provided to residents who request a different level of service. <br /> <br />d) Each cart will be delivered with a package ofrecycling <br />information provided by the Contractor explaining what and <br />how to recycle using the single-stream method in order to <br /> <br />16 <br />
