<br />than placing, the curbside recycling container or deliberately <br />dropping the container when the bottom of the container is <br />more than four feet above the ground. <br /> <br />c) Missing Entire Streets <br /> <br />$500.00 for each incident of the Contractor missing an entire <br />street. A missed street would be defined as a street where <br />residents from at least three households on that street report <br />that they had their material out before 7:00 a.m., the material <br />was not picked up, the recyclables were property sorted, and <br />the addresses did not appear on the Contractor's conveyance <br />sheets as "Late Set Outs". <br /> <br />d) Zone Collection Not Completed <br /> <br />$1,000.00 for each incident of failure to complete collection <br />when the Contractor has not received an extension of <br />collection hours from the Recycling Coordinator or <br />designated alternate. <br /> <br />e) Failure to Complete a Majority (50%) of the Collection <br />District <br /> <br />$2,500.00 each incident. <br /> <br />f) Failure to clean up material spilled by Contractor within <br />six (6) hours of verbal or written notification <br /> <br />$50.00 each incident <br /> <br />g) Failure to maintain vehicle in manner which prevents <br />nuisances such as leaky seals or hydraulics <br /> <br />$100.00 each incident <br /> <br />h) Failure or neglect to provide notice to resident upon <br />recycling refused for collection for cause <br /> <br />$25 each incident <br /> <br />i) Failure or neglect to collect recycling from a missed <br />pickup location according to specifications in Item 14. <br /> <br />$50.00 each incident <br /> <br />19 <br />
