Public Hearinl!s <br /> <br />AT FIRST HEARING OF MEETING: <br /> <br />"The purpose of a public hearing is to gather public comment that will <br />provide a better understanding of the request before the Commission <br />makes its recommendation. For each Planning Commission hearing, <br />the city planner and staff provide a written notice as required by state <br />statute, which should be received at least 10 days in advance of <br />hearing, to people within 350 feet of the project site. <br /> <br />Chair states. ...
