<br />3. South Owasso Blvd. And Western Avenue: This route is a B- <br />Minor Arterial north of County Road C, connecting easterly <br />to Rice Street. <br /> <br />4. County Road D: For the short distance between Cleveland <br />and Fairview Avenue this route is classified as a B-Minor <br />Arterial. <br /> <br />5. Roselawn Avenue: This B-Minor Arterial route runs east- <br />west from Highway 280 in Lauderdale to Victoria Street., <br />where it is interrupted by the Roselawn Cemetery and <br />Reservoir Woods Park. At Dale Street the road continues <br />east to McCarron's Blvd., where it is divided to run along <br />the north and south edge of McCarrons Lake to Rice Sh'eet. <br /> <br />6. Fairview Avenue: Fairview is a B-Minor Arterial for its <br />north-south run across the City. It has been upgraded from <br />a collector to a minor arterial since the 1979 Plan. <br /> <br />7. Hamline Avenue: This north-south route was also a collector <br />in 1979 and has since been upgraded to a B-Minor Arterial <br />for its full length through the City. <br /> <br />8. Victoria Street: This route is another B-Minor Arterial <br />upgraded from a collector sh'eet since the 1979 Plan. It <br />extends north and south from Larpenteur north to the city <br />limits at County Road D. <br /> <br />9. Dale Street: From Owasso Blvd. south to Larpenteur Avenue <br />is designated as a B-Minor Arterial. It also was a collector <br />street in 1979. <br /> <br />3. Collector Roadways <br /> <br />Collector roadways are designed to serve shorter trips that occur <br />entirely within the City, and to collect and distribute traffic from <br />neighborhoods and commercial/industrial areas to the arterial <br />system. These roads supplement the arterial system in that they <br />emphasize carrying traffic over providing property access, but they <br />carry less traffic than arterials. <br /> <br />4.
