The purpose of TDM measures <br />is to encourage resIdents, employees and visitors of a particular development/redevelopment to <br />use alternative modes of transpOliation or modifY the current mode of vehicular utilization (i.e., <br />car pool, remote telecommutIng, flexible work schedules, etc.). The implementation of TDM <br />measures need to be facilitated by the developer or subsequent property owners/operators with <br />continual suppOli from City staff. The following proposed actions are provided as a guide <br />toward TDM strategy implementation: <br />
