<br />NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />February 21, 1967 <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special election has been called <br />and will be held in. and for the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, on <br />Tuesday, the 21st day of February, 1967, for the purpose of voting on <br />the following question: <br /> <br />Shall the Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />be authorized to issue general obligation bonds of the Village <br />in an amount not exceeding $290,000 for the purpose of <br />providing funds for the acquisition of a municipal golf course <br />to be owned and operated by the Village as a public convenience <br />from which a revenue shall be derived? <br /> <br />The election precincts for said election shall be as heretofore <br />established for general elections. The polling places for said election <br />shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Precinct 1 at McCarrons School, 221 North McCarrons Blvd. <br /> <br />Precinct 2 at North Heights School, 2651 North Rice Street <br /> <br />Precinct 3 at Lexington School, 2151 North Lexington Avenue <br /> <br />Precinct 4 at Lake Owasso School, 934 W. County Road C <br /> <br />Precinct 5 at Har Mar Shopping Center (Basement) 2100 North Snelling <br /> <br />Precinct 6 at Alexander Ramsey High School, 1261 W. Highway 36 <br /> <br />Precinct 7 at Fairview Junior High School, 1910 W. County Road B <br /> <br />Precinct 8 at Lake Johanna Junior High School, 1910 County Road D <br /> <br />The polls for said election shall be open from 7:00 o'clock a.m. to <br />8:00 o'clock p.m. Each qualified voter in the Village shall be entitled <br />to vote at said election at the polling place in the precinct in which <br />he or she resides. <br /> <br />Dated: January 23, 1967 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br /> <br />Richard W.
