While he has no water problems himself, he <br />believes it to be his civic responsibility to help take care of <br />the lower areas in the neighborhood. <br /> <br />Communications were also received from the following: <br /> <br />MR. Edlund and Son Agency, 2049 <br />North Snelling Avenue: In favor of the improvement and also <br />requested the Council to install concrete curbs and gutters en <br />Skillman Avenue. <br /> <br />MR. RICHARD MEYERS, 1758 Venus Avenue: Opposed to the <br />proposed improvement because the cost will be assessed against <br />his property and there is no benefit to him. <br /> <br />The hearing closed. <br />
