<br />attached to the application for the Special Use Permit. <br /> <br />(b) The size and configuration of the single <br />steel pole shall be approximately as shown on the <br />attached drawing marked Exhibit 2. <br /> <br />3. The Special Use Permit for the construction and <br />maintenance of the five frame towers heretofore referred to shall terminate <br />when it is mutually agreed between the Village of Roseville and NSP <br />that there has been sufficient field data on the operating conditions <br />and performance of single steel pole double circuit 345 kv construction <br />to give adequate assurance of continuous performance integrity of such <br />installations. The Village may request in writing NSP at that time, <br />or as soon thereafter as is consistent with its duty to maintain continuous <br />service to the public, to remove the five frame towers at the entire <br />expense of NSP. The request by the Village of Roseville to NSP to <br />remove these towers, however, shall not be made sooner than 197 3. <br /> <br />4. The Special Use Permit hereby granted to NSP <br />is further conditioned upon the obligation of NSP to relocate that <br />portion of ll5 kv line now running between Rice Street and Victoria <br />Street which parallels the Northern Pacific Railway right of way, <br />and said 115 kv line will be reconstructed on single steel poles, the <br />dimensions and configuration a s shown on the attached drawing on the <br />original Special Use Permit application. The relocation of ll5 kv <br />line shall be on the North side of the Northern Pacific Railway right of <br />way. <br /> <br />5. NSP will bury its distribution circuits, excluding <br />service wires and appurtenances to individual property owners, which <br />circuits are adjacent to the follOWing roads: <br /> <br />(a) The elect ric distribution line between Rice <br />Street and Victoria Street immediately adjacent to South <br />Owasso Boulevard and Heinel Drive, shown in green on <br />Exhibit l, shall, not later than December 3l, 1968, be <br />placed underground by NSP at its expense. <br /> <br />(b) The electric distribution line between Victoria <br />Street and Lexington Avenue, shown in orange in Exhibit <br />1 shall be placed underground in the County Road C <br />right of way by NSP at its cost, not later than December <br />3l, 1972, provided that the necessary permits can be <br />secured from the Ramsey County Highway Department. <br /> <br />-3- <br />
