<br />(c) The electric distribution lines between <br />Lexington and Hamline Avenues, and immediately <br />adjacent to the right of way of the Northern Pacific <br />Railway, shown in blue on Exhibit 1, will be removed <br />and distribution lines serving these customers placed <br />underground by NSP, at its cost, not later than <br />December 3l, 1972. <br /> <br />(d) The electric distribution lines between <br />Hamline and Snelling Avenues, adjacent to and South <br />of County Road C, shown in Blue on Exhibit 3, will <br />be placed underground by NSP, at its cost, not later <br />than December 3l, 1972. <br /> <br />(e) The electric distribution line between Hamline <br />and Pascal Avenues, adjacent to and North of County <br />Road C, shown in yellow on Exhibit l, will be placed <br />underground by NSP, at its expense, not later than <br />December 31, 1972. <br /> <br />(f) The overhead electric distribution lines between <br />Snelling and Fairview Avenues, adjacent to and South of <br />County Road C, shown in brown on Exhibit 1, shall be <br />removed by NSP, at its expense, so as to eliminate <br />both of the two lines running parallel to one another as <br />shown in Exhibit 3, not later than December 31, 1972. <br /> <br />NSP shall not hereafter place any overhead electric distribution <br />circuits between Rice Street and Fairview Avenue immediately adjacent <br />to County Road C, Owasso Boulevard or Heinel Drive. <br /> <br />NSP will make every reasonable effort to coordinate its <br />activities with Northwestern Bell Telephone Company to the end that the <br />telephone communications circuits now located along Owasso Boulevard <br />and Heinel Drive can be placed underground with NSP's electric distri- <br />bution circuits. <br /> <br />6. NSP shall take those remedial measures necessary <br />to eliminate any interference caused by the construction and operation <br />of the 345 kv transmission line to the reception of signals on the radio <br />broadcast band or television broadcast band, as well as to the broad- <br />cast or reception of radio signals of mobile communication systems. <br /> <br />-4- <br />
