Regular City Council Meeting Monday, June 18, 2007 Page 40 ^ As indicated by the Site Plan, location of the RV is to remain in the side or rear yard; ^ A financial penalty of $100/day will be assessed against the property if the RV remains on the property or is lived in on the property after the expiration date (October 2007); ^ Staff will immediately inspect the RV and site to ensure appro- priate connections and disposal facilities for water, sewer and electricity as applicable; with ongoing inspections as deemed appropriate by staff, with applicable inspection fees to be paid by the applicant; ^ As deemed appropriate by the City Attorney, the applicant will agree to sign a document releasing the City from all claims; and ^ City Code shall apply to other aspects of the property use dur- ing this time (i.e., no dumping of grey water in the sanitary sewer connection in the garage). Resolution -Consider Adoption of a Resolution Approving County Road C Final Plan Streetscape and Authorizing for Bid City Engineer Debra Bloom briefly summarized the staff report dated June 18, 2007, including financial implications and project schedule as detailed in the report. Ms. Bloom noted the attendance of five people, including a represen- tative of the Owasso Garden Club at the informational meeting held by staff. Pust moved, Roe seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10518 enti- tled, "Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Ordering Advertisement for Bids for County Road C Streetscape Project." Roll Call Ayes: Kough; Pust; Ihlan; Roe and Klausing. Nays: None.
