Resolution -Consider Adoption of a Resolution Approving <br />County Road C Final Plan Streetscape and Authorizing for Bid <br />City Engineer Debra Bloom briefly summarized the staff report dated <br />June 18, 2007, including financial implications and project schedule <br />as detailed in the report. <br />Ms. Bloom noted the attendance of five people, including a represen- <br />tative of the Owasso Garden Club at the informational meeting held <br />by staff. <br />Pust moved, Roe seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10518 enti- <br />tled, "Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Ordering <br />Advertisement for Bids for County Road C Streetscape Project." <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Kough; Pust; Ihlan; Roe and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />
