Captain Math- <br />wig advised that language from ordinances for the Cities of Maple- <br />wood and Golden Valley seemed most applicable to what the City of <br />Roseville was attempting to accomplish. Captain Mathwig noted a <br />typographical error on page 3 of the proposed language, line 15, <br />changed from "Fed" to "bowed." <br />Councilmember Ihlan spoke in support of the proposed language addi- <br />tion; however sought further clarification of the technical definition of <br />"bow and arrow," specific prohibitions, and careful limiting of cir- <br />cumstances for their allowance. <br />
