None. <br />Public Works Director Duane Schwarz reviewed the scheduled mill <br />and overlay project of Ramsey County on County Road D between <br />Highway 88 and Cleveland Avenue; with the scope of work to include <br />a loop detector replacement, milling, bituminous paving and pavement <br />marking. 1VIr. Schwartz advised that the work is being performed by <br />Ramsey County maintenance crews, and their Project Engineer, had <br />sought City approval for extending working hours due to the heavy <br />
