Schwartz noted that there were no adjacent residential <br />properties; but that there several to the southeast of Cleveland Ave- <br />nue; all of whom had been provided mailed notice of tonight's hearing <br />and its purpose. Mr. Schwartz advised that Ramsey County's tenta- <br />tive start date was July 29, 2007; and anticipated it would be ap- <br />proximately two days for milling and two days for paving. <br />Councilmember Pust questioned if the interchange at I-3 5 W and <br />County Road L) would be closed. <br />1VIr. Schwartz advised that it would not be closed; but that traffic con- <br />trols would be installed to guide traffic. <br />Councilmember Ihlan questioned if area residents would be able to <br />access their homes. <br />Mr. Schwartz advised that access would be open at all times. <br />Mayor Klausing closed the Public Hearing at 8:21 p.m., with no one <br />appearing for or against. <br />Klausing moved, Ihlan seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10529 <br />entitled, "Resolution Extending Working Hours for Ramsey County's <br />County Road I7 Mill and ®verlay Project;" extending hours from <br />10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. <br />®l Call <br />.Ayes: Pust; Roe; Ihlan; Kough; and Klausing. <br />l~Tays.
