Nays: Pust; [Kough]; Roe and Klausing. Motion failed. Roe moved, Pust seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10547 enti- tled, "A Resolution Authorizing the Distribution of Draft Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) Update Document for the Twin Lakes Business Park;" determining that the document is complete and accurate, and authorizing its distribution to the organizations on the Environmental Quality Board's (EQB') Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) distribution list for a twenty (20) day review and objection period; amended to include an Appendix "G" that would in- clude public comment and staff responses received to-date, as well as the August 3 and August 24, 2007 written City Attorney opinions, and meeting minutes from tonight's meeting. Roll Call Ayes: Pust; Kough; Roe; and Klausing. Nays: Ihlan. Motion carried. e. Update -The City Council Subcommittee regarding the City Manager Performance Evaluation Process will Provide an Update Councilmember Pust advised that she and Councilmember Roe, as the Council Subcommittee, met with City Manager Malinen to discuss options for his performance evaluation. Councilmember Pust advised that all parties had agreed on a limited 360 degree evaluation process involving certain Department Heads and Advisory Commission chairs, with the composition of that group still under discussion. Councilmember Pust further noted that the City Manager was review- ing goals identified in the City Manager contract. Councilmember Pust advised that the subcommittee would be reviewing written tem- plates for suggested use in evaluating City Manager Malinen, and hoped to finalize them by next week, for review and consideration by the full City Council.
