Regular City Council Meeting <br />Monday, August 13, 2007 <br />Page 19 <br />• <br />Nays: None. <br />Fuddruckers <br />Chief Sletner outlined the specifics of this compliance failure and <br />staff's recommendation. <br />Discussion involved the underage cashier, identified as a 16-year old <br />juvenile, and separate criminal action under civil law, not City ordi- <br />nance (MN Statute 348.12) <br />No one appeared from Fuddruckers to speak. <br /> <br />Pust moved, Klausing seconded, authorizing the Roseville Police De- <br />partment to issue and administer the presumptive penalty as set forth <br />in Section 302.15 for on-sale license holders who do not participate in <br />optional manager and server training for a second violation in thirty- <br />six (36) months, with the mandatory minimum penalty being a <br />$500.00 fine and a three day suspension; with the dates for license <br />suspension at the discretion of the Police Chief. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Pust; Kough; Roe; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Green Mill <br />Chief Sletner outlined the specifics of this compliance failure and <br />staff's recommendation. <br />John Gill, General Manager at Green Mill <br />Mr. Gill provided extensive comment on the process; training pro- <br />vided by Green Mill to their managers and servers; receipt of the in- <br />formation packets by appropriate personnel; and circumstances of the <br />failed compliance check.
