O. #9 Additional costs for Traffic Control 2,740.16 <br /> Total Change Orders $66,629.18 <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Pust; Ihlan; Kough; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Pust moved, Kough seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10553 entitled, "Final <br />Contract Acceptance, County Road B-2 Pathway Project;" accepting the work <br />completed and authorizing final payment of $34,427.38; initiating the one-year <br />warranty. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Pust; Ihlan; Kough; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />e. Bid -Award Bid for Storm Sewer Modifications <br />Pust moved, Kough seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10554 entitled, "Reso- <br />lution Awarding Bids for 2007 Storm Sewer Modifications;" in the amount of <br />$122,272.50 to Burschville Construction of Hanover, MN. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Pust; Ihlan; Kough; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />f. Appointment -Appoint Youth Representative to Parks and Recreation Com- <br />mission <br />Councilmember Ihlan questioned how this position had been advertised. <br />Parks and Recreation Director Lonnie Brokke advised that advertising had been <br />done through school media sources, as well as usual City sources. Mr. Brokke <br />noted that the position had been open for some time; and opined that finally hav- <br />ing an interested youth representative was a great opportunity for the City and the <br />Commission. <br />Pust moved, Kough seconded, appointment of Ben Kendall to serve as a Youth <br />Representative on the Parks and Recreation Commission until July 31, 2008. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Pust; Ihlan; Kough; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />
