Resolution - Adopt a Resolution Approving a Conditional Use Permit for <br />Mike Heffernan at 893 County Road C-2 <br />Staff provided a brief summary of the request; and the applicant was present for <br />any questions of the City Council. <br />No one from the public spoke for or against the project. <br />Councilmember Ihlan questioned if the applicant was seeking the entire 1,008 <br />square feet for the detached building. <br />Associate Planner Bryan Lloyd responded affirmatively; and advised that staff <br />had received no written or verbal comment related to this project prior to the <br />Planning Commission, or tonight's meeting. <br />Roe moved, Klausing seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 10558 entitled, "A <br />Resolution Approving a Conditional Use Permit in Accordance with Roseville <br />City Code, § 1004.01 A4 and § 1013.01, for Mike Heffernan at 893 County Road <br />C-2 (PF07-052)." <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Roe; Pust; Ihlan; Kough; and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />9. Public Hearings <br />a. Public Hearing - Conduct a Public Hearing and Consider Approving On- <br />Sale Beer and On-Sale Wine Licenses for Chipotle Mexican Grill at 10 Rose- <br />dale Center <br />Mayor Klausing opened the Public Hearing at 6:34 p.m. <br />Finance Director Chris Miller briefly summarized the request for an On-Sale Beer <br />and an On-Sale Wine license at 10 Rosedale Center, Suite 1020, located in the re- <br />cent lifestyle addition to the facility. Mr. Miller advised that the City Attorney <br />would provide a final review; with staff recommending approval. <br />
