Roll Call Ayes: Roe; Pust; Ihlan; Kough; and Klausing. Nays: None. k. Resolution - Adopt a Resolution Approving a Conditional Use Permit for Mike Heffernan at 893 County Road C-2 Staff provided a brief summary of the request; and the applicant was present for any questions of the City Council. No one from the public spoke for or against the project. Councilmember Ihlan questioned if the applicant was seeking the entire 1,008 square feet for the detached building. Associate Planner Bryan Lloyd responded affirmatively; and advised that staff had received no written or verbal comment related to this project prior to the Planning Commission, or tonight's meeting. Public Hearing - Conduct a Public Hearing and Consider Approving On- Sale Beer and On-Sale Wine Licenses for Chipotle Mexican Grill at 10 Rose- dale Center Mayor Klausing opened the Public Hearing at 6:34 p.m. Finance Director Chris Miller briefly summarized the request for an On-Sale Beer and an On-Sale Wine license at 10 Rosedale Center, Suite 1020, located in the re- cent lifestyle addition to the facility. Mr. Miller advised that the City Attorney would provide a final review; with staff recommending approval.
