Bill Malinen <br />City of Roseville, City i~tanager <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville. iv(N X5113 <br />Re : Har Mar Mall <br />Dear Bill- <br /> <br />As we discussed this morning on the phone, Gateway Washin~~ton, Inc. would like to have the <br />PUD Amendment Application regarding Nar Mar N1a11's redevelopment of the Firestone Uutlot <br />Site putted from today's Cih~ Council Meeting agenda with the hope ofyour rescheduling us for <br />one of the next City Council meetings. The Planning Commission has approved our Atnendtnent <br />Application but did so with the condition of our closing the ~~°estern most right-out exit on to <br />County Road B due to a safety concern of the City Engineer. We have done additional traffic <br />study of that concern and have provided a report to City Staff and the City Council that shows <br />there is no safety issue with our proposal. Unfortunately,. with the short workweek last week and <br />the holiday weekend, we are concerned that. the Council has not had time to review this additional <br />information. Approval of this amendment without the condition of closing the exit is necessary <br />for this project to proceed. <br />The existing 60-day review deadline ti~~ith the City is up January 1 1, 2008. ~'Ve understand that an <br />extension of the review period will be necessary if that deadline is not met but know you will <br />make even effort to reschedule us for one of the nett C:it}~ Council Meetings. <br />Thank you for your assistance with this matter.
