The Public <br />509 Works Director shall review all roads and parking areas to ensure they are designed and <br />510 ~ constructed to minimize and control erosion, consistent with Chapter ~-A-1.71. Roads, driveways, and parking areas shall meet structure setbacks outlined in subsection <br />513 I 1017.16A and shall not be placed within bluff and shore impact zones, when other <br />514 reasonable and feasible placement alternatives exist. If no alternatives exist, they maybe <br />515 placed within these areas, and shall be designed to minimize adverse impacts. <br />516 3. Public and private watercraft, canoe rack storage, access ramps, approach roads, and <br />517 access-related parking areas may be placed within shore impact zones provided the <br />518 vegetative screening and erosion control conditions of this subsection are met. Additions/Expansions to Nonconforming Structures: All additions or expansions to the <br />546 outside dimensions of an existing nonconforming structure must meet the setback, height, <br />547 and other requirements of Sections -1-F3~-€i1.O17.14 through -1-A-1-E31.017.16.
