<br />NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special election has been called <br />and will be held in and for the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, on <br />Tuesday, the 20th day of February, 1968, <br />for the purpose of voting on the following question: <br /> <br />Shall the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, borrow money by issuing its negotiable <br />coupon general obligation bonds in an amount not <br />to exceed $490,000 ,the proceeds of which are <br />to be used for the acquisition, construction and <br />equipping of a municipal ice arena to be owned and <br />operated by the Village as a public convenience from <br />which a revenue may be derived? <br /> <br />TIle election precincts for said election shall be as heretofore <br />established for general elections. The pollin~ places for said election <br />shall be as follows: <br /> <br />Precinct 1 at McCarrons, School, 221 North McCarrons Boulevard <br />Precinct 2 at North Heights SchOOl, 2651 North Rice Street <br />Precinct 3 at Lexington School, 2151 North Lexington Avenue <br />Precinct 4 at Lake OWasso School, 934 West County Road C <br />Precinct 5 at Har Mar Shopping Center (Basement), 2100 N. Snelling <br />Precinct 6 at Alexander Ramsey High School, 1261 W. Highway 36 <br />Precinct 7 at Fairview Junior High School, 1910 W.
