John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Street Mr. Kysylyczyn concurred with the comments and suggestions of Councilmember Pust on the city's place in reimbursement order for those funds expended. Pust moved, Klausing seconded, directing staff to abate public nui- sance violations at 2536 Snelling Street by hiring contractors to re- move all garbage, remove the deteriorated rabbit hutch, and to repair and repaint those areas on the house and garage where peeling and fading paint exist, as detailed in the Request for Council Action dated June 16, 2008; and further directing that the property owner be billed for all actual and administrative costs; and if those charges remain un- paid, staff is to recover costs as specified in Minnesota Statute, Sec- tion 407.07B; with costs to be reported to the City Council following the abatement; amended with the caveat that the abatement would • proceed only after first checking with the City Attorney for the best way to preserve city assets. Consider Membership in the Twin Cities Community Capital Fund (PROJ0004) Economic Development Associate Jamie Radel presented a proposal for the city's involvement in the Twin Cities Community Capital Fund (TCCCF); and provided more detailed information on past business programs of the City of Roseville; an overview of the TCCCF; bene- fits of membership; membership levels; upfront costs; and potential funding sources for membership. Ms. Radel provided the presentation as a bench handout. •
