5. Identify dialogue partners/sponsors <br />6. Identify the target audience/invitees for the dialogue <br />Target audience is the members of the Roseville community -Commissioners will <br />identify targeted audiences w/in Roseville to invite -based on age, income, gender, <br />race, religious affiliation, sexual orientation.... Superintendent of schools, rotary <br />In addition, each Commissioner will send a minimum of 10 personal invitations to <br />friends/acquaintances in the community. <br />7. Develop database for mailing <br />City staff will collect mailing addresses and develop database -with input from <br />Commissioners. Groups to consider: churches, public and private schools, neighborhood <br />block captains, Rotary, Citizens Forum, Kiwanis, Gavel Club, League of Women Voters, <br />Lions, Senior Center. <br />8. Identify site for the dialogue <br />Olympic Room <br />Roseville Skating Center <br />2661 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />Room capacity is 300. <br />9. Identify topic and supporting questions for the dialogue <br />United Way will assist with this process. Identify panelist/guest speakers for dialogue <br />11.Create invitation or announcement. Include date for RSVP's if needed <br />No cost for the dialogue but participants will be required to register so we can ensure <br />enough food <br />City staff will design and mail out invitations. Print invitations and dialogue materials. <br />City staff will print invitations and mail out invitations. <br />13. Inform participants of the framework to be used <br />United Way staff will assist in developing framework <br />14. Determine your schedule for advertising and publicizing the dialogue <br />Planning Committee in conjunction with city staff. Staff will write press releases and <br />promote through city resources. <br />15.
