United Way staff will assist planning committee. How will it flow best for the participants? <br />United Way staff will assist planning committee in developing <br />17. Consider having a member of planning group in each of the dialogue <br />"villages" as a process resource if questions arise. <br />18. One month before dialogue <br />Schedule calls with facilitators. Calls to facilitators and panelists to also occur one week <br />before dialogue <br />19. Consider physical arrangements for the dialogue space; equipment <br />needs and special needs <br />The Olympic Room is handicap accessible. Latest technologies are available. HRC will <br />need to determine whether the City needs to hire interpreters (language or non-hearing) <br />The Olympic Room is quite large so can easily accommodate upwards of 300 people. <br />Eight foot round tables are available. Planning committee will need to give final set up <br />instructions to Skating Center staff by ?. Staff is responsible for set up and clean up. <br />20. Develop an evaluation form <br />United Way staff will assist planning committee <br />• 21. Identify handouts <br />United Way staff will assist planning committee. Committee responsible for printing <br />handouts: Booklet (Purpose, Anticipated outcomes, Agenda, CC Model and objectives); <br />LO flyer, Evaluation, Name Tags (w/o names) <br />22. Make arrangements for food and beverages at the dialogue <br />Decisions need to be made as to what will be served. If provide meal, members of the <br />Human Rights Commission will need to seek donations/sponsorships from area <br />businesses, churches, restaurants etc. <br />23. Compile evaluations results within one week after the dialogue. <br />UW team <br />24. Schedule a debriefing session with planners for quality improvement. <br />Within a week of the dialogue <br />25.
