Tenar�t waives any <br />claims as to matters not listed in such notice. <br />(d} Expiration Date. �h�s Lease shalf expire on the date specified in the DAiA SHEET <br />unless sooner terminatecf as providec� in this Lease. <br />Article 3: RENT <br />(a) Payment.
