(e) Advertising. Nat place in or on the Premises, signs, lettering, displays, adverrising or pictures w)�ich are visible from outside the Premises {including windows or doors) except upon the prior written a�proval of Landlord which a�praval shall not be unreasonably withheld or defayed. {f) Liens. A� its expense, cause to be discharged, witl�in ten days of the filing thereof, any constructior� lien claim filed against the Premises or the Sl�opping Center Tract for work clairrted to have been done for, ar materials claimed to have been f�rnished to, or on behalf of Tenant. Article 7: CERTAIN RIGHTS RESERVED TO LANDLORD Landlord reser�es the fo�lowing rights exerc�sable w€thout notice and without liability to Tenant and without effecting an eviction, constructive or actual, or disturbance of Tenant's use of possession, or giving rise to any claim for setoff or abatement of rent: {a) Signs. To control, install, affix and maintain any ar�d ali signs on the Property, or on the exterior of the Building otherwise located €n the Shopping Center and in the corridors, entrances and other common areas thereof, except thase signs within the Premises not visibl� from outside the Prerr�ises.
