Proposal. The term "Proposal" refers to Contractor's October 30, <br />2008 Proposal for Clean-Up Day Operation. A copy of the Proposal <br />is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />2. RFP. The terms "RFP" or "City RFP" refer to the September 30, <br />2008 City of Roseville Request for Proposal for Operation of a <br />Clean-Up Day. A copy of the RFP is attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br />II. Collection and Disposal Requirements <br />1. Collection Hours: Contractor shall maintain sufficient equipment <br />and personnel to assure that all collection operations on Clean-Up <br />Day begin no later than 8:00 a.m., and are completed by 3:00 p.m. <br />on the scheduled Clean-Up Day. <br />2. Compliance with Disposal, Driving and Hauling Laws: collection, <br />transportation, and disposal of all collected items shall be <br />accomplished in accordance with all existing laws and ordinances. <br />3. Collection Vehicle Equipment Requirements: All collection vehicles <br />used in performance of the Contract shall be duly licensed and <br />inspected by the State of Minnesota and meet all applicable federal, <br />state, and local rules, regulations and standards. <br />All vehicles must be clearly identified on both sides with Contractor's <br />name and telephone number. <br />1 <br />
