Personnel Requirements: Contractor shall retain sufficient personnel <br />and equipment to fulfill the requirements and specifications of this <br />Agreement, including, but not limited to, a portable toilet, collection <br />area signs and direction signs. The Contractor will provide an Event <br />Supervisor to oversee the crews servicing the Clean-Up Day. The <br />Event Supervisor will coordinate service with the City's <br />representative. <br />Contractor's personnel will be trained both in program operations and <br />in customer service and insure that all personnel maintain a positive <br />attitude with the public and in the work place and shall: <br />a) Conduct themselves at all times in a courteous manner and <br />use no abusive or foul language. <br />b) Perform their duties in accordance with all existing laws and <br />ordinances and future amendments thereto of the Federal, <br />State of Minnesota, and local governing boards. <br />c) <br />d) <br />e) <br />f) <br />9) <br />Be clean and presentable in appearance. <br />Wear a uniform and appropriate safety gear. <br />Drive in a safe and courteous manner. <br />Monitor for any spillage and be responsible for cleaning up any <br />litter or breakage. <br />Avoid damage to property. <br />h) Not perform their duties or operate vehicles while consuming <br />alcohol or illegally using controlled substances or while under <br />the influence of alcohol and/or such substances. <br />5. Materials Disposal: Contractor agrees to dispose of all MSW collected <br />at the Newport Resource Recovery Facility. MSW may be taken to the <br />Elk River Resource Recovery Facility if the operators of the Newport <br />facility divert haulers to the Elk River facility. <br />All other materials collected shall be disposed of at the facilities <br />designated in Attachment B. <br />2 <br />
