as close to the lot line as possible in the other directions. It is a huge footprint
covering every possible inch of land.
Please do not approve rezoning to high density usage. We all know that developers will
lobby for maximum construction and that PUD's to limit the final building will probably be
minimal once rezoning is granted. We understand that the property owner wishes to sell,
however, a change from low density to medium density residential is certainly more
appropriate.
Mr. Roste from Midland Grove Condominium Association has done an extensive analysis of
code requirements and the parcel definitely does not meet Roseville's standard for high
density zoning. Please give thoughtful consideration to his facts.
Thank you for the opportunity to express our concerns. We like living in Roseville and
want only development which will enhance the community and it's neighborhoods.
Tom and Marie Woehlke
Additional Information:
Form submitted on: 5/8/2009 5:23:58 PM
Submitted from IP Address: 75.44.42.126
Form Address: http://www.ci.roseville.mn.us/forms.aspx?FID=115
2
