C <br />Roseville, Minnesota <br />Dear Mr. Hale: <br />Braun Intertec is pleased ta submit this proposal to provide quaiity contro� abservation and testing <br />ser�ices du�ing Phase I of the Infrastr�cture 1m}�rovements #or the Twi.n Lakes Project in Raseville, <br />Minnesota. <br />Based an our cor�versations, it is o�r undersianding this project is desigr�ated as a State-aid raad, but <br />this project wilf not be receiving any State-aid or Fec4eral-aid. <br />Our Understanding of Project <br />We understand Phase I of the Enfrastructure lmpro�er�'ients for the Twin Lakes Redevelopment project <br />wiil indude the construction of Twin Lakes Parkway from Cleveland Avenue to the first raundabout <br />intersection and Mount Ridge Raad, from �arth of the rour�dabout with Twin Lakes Parkway to County <br />Road CZ. Roadway construttion is anticipated to include construction of �urb and gutters, sidewalks and <br />boule�ard improvements. <br />Along with constr€�ction nf the praposed raad alignments, we understan� Pt�ase I wiil also include the <br />in5taltation of new below-grade storrrt sewer, sanitary sewer and watermain utilities along the propased <br />road alignments. iyplcal watermain and storm sew�r ut�lity depths are anticipated for the project, <br />However, we understand portions of t�e r�ew sani�ary sewer alignments will be in excess of 20 feet <br />below grade. <br />Available Project In€ormation <br />ThiS proposal is based an our review of the documents described below.
