Roseville Human Rights Commission <br />Meeting Minutes -June 9, 2009 <br />Page6of6 <br />1 Member Jaeger offered comments from the State Essay Contest Award and State of Minnesota • <br />2 Human Rights League meeting; opining that it was great visibility for the Roseville HRC as well <br />3 as Essay Contest winners. Member Jaeger suggested that the HRC establish a more organized <br />4 effort to personally invite local schools to participate and volunteered to facilitate the poster and <br />5 essay contest. <br />6 <br />7 Ms. Curti noted the inconvenient timing of the poster contest for schools and volunteered to <br />8 make copies of the poster flyer for members to distribute. <br />9 <br />10 Further discussion was held regarding assignment of the topic(s) for the annual essay contest; <br />11 and the positive efforts of the student participants. <br />12 <br />13 Adjournment <br />14 Chair Singleton adjourned the meeting at approximately 8:30 p.m. <br />• <br />• <br />
