The notice provided by the property owner shall <br />include the name, address, and telephone number of the transferee and the date of transfer. The transferee <br />must make application with the City and pay the required fee for a transfer of the registration information <br />within 30 days after the transfer of property. Failure to make application within the specified time limit <br />shall result in automatic forfeiture of the required registration. Re-registration of any properiy for which <br />the registration information has been forfeited shall require application for new registration. The fee for <br />registration transfer shall be set by annual Council resolution. <br />Section 907.08. Registration Suspensions and Revocation. <br />Properiy registration may be revoked or suspended at any time during the life of said registration for <br />grounds including, but not limited to the following: <br />� <br />�. <br />Fa1se or misleading information given or provided in connection with a registration application; <br />Failure to pay any fee herein provided for; <br />Failure to provide inspection access, when presented with an administrativewarrant authorizing <br />the inspection. <br />Failure to correct violation that was observed and noted in the time period prescribed by <br />compliance officer; <br />Violations committed or permitted by the owner or the owner's designated agent, of any rules, <br />codes, statutes and ordinances relating to, pertaining to, or governing the premises. <br />A suspended or revoked rental registration may be reinstated when the circumstancesleading to the <br />suspension or revocation have been remedied and a reinstatement fee, plus City administrative and legal <br />costs associated with correctingthe violation, as set by annual Council resolution,have been paid. <br />Section 907.09. Method of Correction. Wheneverthe compliance officer determines that any residential <br />rental properiy fails to meet the requirements set forth in applicable rules, standards, statutes or <br />ordinances, the City shall issue a correction order setting forth the violations and ordering the occupant, <br />owner and/or owner's designated agent to correct such violations. This notice and order sha11: <br />1. Be in written form; <br />2. Describe the location and nature of the violation; <br />3. Establish a reasonable time for the correction of any violation; <br />4. State the appeal period provided in Section 907.15; <br />5. Be served upon the owner andlo� the owner's designated agent. ��cl� notice sha11 be deemed to be <br />properly served if a copy thereof is: <br />A. Delivered to the owner and/ar designated agent personally; or <br />B. Sent by first class mail. <br />Failure to correct violations within the time period stated in the correction order shall result in a penalty <br />outlined in Section 102 of the City Code, as well as other sanctions provided by law or this ordinance. If <br />the correction order relates to actions or omissions of the occupant, and the occupant fails to make the <br />necessary correction, the owner sha11 be required to remedy the condition. The City may require <br />compliance by whatever means necessary including but not limited to the use of Roseville City Code <br />Sections 407.06, 407.07 and 407.08. <br />� <br />
