Timeframe for issuing written advis4�'y opxnions. T�.e City Attorney shall <br />issue hisCher opinion as saan as �ossible, but at �east within 60 days from <br />t1�� request. <br />II�. �nformal Advisory Opinions <br />The City Atiorney is authorized io give o�a1 informa� advice to persnris seek�n� <br />guidance as �o the spiri� ar �egal requirements af the Rosevil�� Etl�ics Coc�e. S�zch <br />infazmal advice sha�l be ren�ered only �o an individ�al that wish�s to use the <br />advice to gu�de t�e i�dividua�'s own cc�nduct. In givi�g such in�ormal opinion the <br />City Attorney shall infortn th� individual that although the advice is given in �oad <br />faith, the person seeking the advice relie� on it at t�ie person's own risk inso�ar as <br />it is not a written advisory e�pinion. Such ap�nions 7nay be given orally, by �hone <br />ox athea-wise. When giving s�zch an opinion, �he City Attorney shall maintain a <br />reco�rd o� �he api�aioan renclered.
