Staff and <br />Busch Architects will be prepared to review the result details with you at your <br />meeting. <br />POLICY OBJECTIVE <br />The proposed project is consistent with providing safe, efficient and desirable <br />facili�ies for all users, spectators and staff and toaddress safety and efficiency <br />issues as a high priority during the course of business. It is also a high priority to <br />maximize the use and revenue potential of the facility as moving forward. <br />The bidding process is consistent with city policy and state law on performing <br />projects for the safe and efficient operation of the city infrastructure. <br />The planning process is also consistent with involving the community in the <br />decision making process as previously demonstrated by the City of Roseville. <br />
