The DRC has concluded that the revised site layout and the single-lane drive- <br />�k�z�t� will not significantly increase traffic on �airview Avenue, the frontage road or <br />Herschel Street. Further, internal traffic will move efficiently throughout the site once all <br />traffic related improvements are completed. The findings of the revised traffic study <br />completed by SEH suggest an increase in traffic volume from 2,888 ADT to 3,911 ADT. <br />However, this increase in traffic (specifically during the PM Pealc Hour) is relatively <br />small and does not change the original findings.
