The observed weekday PM peal{ hour has 48 vehicles entering and 77 exiting the <br />premises, with an average wait time of 2:12 minutes. <br />��� $. r Car�cernxng screening of headlights, the City Code would require that this site screen <br />. vehicle headlights utilizing berming, landscaping and fencing or a mixture thereo£ The <br />.a � City Planner is well aware of potential impacts that vehicle headlights can impose of <br />.r�� adjacent residences and has been in discussions with Kimco Realty's consultant on a plan <br />.�.t� that addressed this item.
