The traffic study conducted in 2005 <br />} as part of the existing land use approval, which study did not include a Starbucics or its <br />�� drive-thru, had an estimated daily traffic volume of 2,888, an AM pealc hour of 115 <br />vehicles, a PM pealc hour of 424 and a Saturday pealc hour of 395 vehicles. L City Staff has reviewed, and the traffic study has analyzed, two site designs for the <br />-' �! proposed Starbucics. The first design has parlcing that faces to the west and the drive-thru <br />?� window on the east side of the building. Condition Number 1 of the recommendation <br />ir supported (6-0) by the Planning Commission and included in the attached resolution, <br />'-� anticipated a final approval by the Planning Division, which action allows staff to worlc <br />""� directly with Starbucics and their consultant on an acceptable site design supported by the <br />?�= traffic study and any other conditions placed on the proj ect as a component of its <br />� � approval. <br />� <br />�' #i .]?
