The use of this access for the Kimco development has already received <br />} approval from the City Council (as has 5 other access points) and is currently being <br />rs utilized by Children's World customers for child drop-of£ It should be noted that the <br />'� adjacent four paz�cels/deve�apme�is have access to t�e subject ingress/egress at �airvie�v <br />K Avenue. The additional traffic at this access point generated solely by the drive-thru lane <br />�r (as the subject of this land-use consid�ratioiz) is estimated at 312 v�hicle trips or 8% of <br />I�� the total ADT (this assumption is prenaised on carrying out the PM Peal{ Hour volume of <br />� � 8% throughout the day). The City Planner, therefore, concludes that there is no <br />�- extraordinary safety impact associated with this request. <br />� <br />i} <br />� �� <br />�; <br />r� <br />� �a <br />?,� <br />�� <br />Finally, the City Planner has concluded that there would be no detrimental effect on the <br />general welfare of the community resulting from the requested use. <br />�.� Comprehensive Plan.
