Mr. Hohman provided a development per-
spective on the different markets interpreted by Starbucks between the two
sites, on the north and proposed south side of Highway 36 and the natural
barrier created by Highway 36 and potential to eliminate some congestion,
with quick movement through the drive-thru anticipated as people are stop-
ping on their way to work. Mr. Hohman noted that with such an upscale
business operation as represented by Starbucks, 65-70% of their business
was done before 10:OQ a.m. Mr. Hohman opined that Starbucks didn't need
to market or promote their business, as the site would be absorbing traffic
that was already there.
 Brad Peper, 1835 Gluek Lane
21 Mr. Peper addressed his concerns expressed at a previous meeting regarding
traffic flow on site and coming back onto Fairview Avenue to proceed north,
and potential impacts to his property on the west side of Fairview with head-
4 lights.
