This development does not fit the neighborhood. Property Values These hame/lots are so high priced, it •��i� buoy rny home value. I also expect these new homes will add a greater properiy tax base than the current housing stock. LJltimately may increase value of our home - but that is not clear yet. Aesthetics Ug1y� �it/Context of Neighborhood Didn't realize new homes would be so tall. Lot of dust and dirt, but I realize this is part of consuuction. (They did tYy to water and clean up Parker whenever they could.) Hahitat/O�en Space/Trees � Noise, trees being cut down, less deer. • Even scrubby understory has value in terms of birds, bugs, critters, etc. Too bad one lot could not ha�e been maintained as"wild". I also expect run-off issues with rain snow to worsen with more homes.. .more impervious surfaces are BAD. Also, I feel bad for the people right ne�t door. Pd feel screwed if I were them. More speeders too! ■ Again, really too soon for full evaluation. Impacts on nano£�/flooding to neighboring properties will not be known till canstxuction/landsca�aing is complete and spr�ig runo�f/summer ra.ii�s occur.
