The purpose of preparing these maps was to identify partners, if any, of the large and small lots. Additionally, he presented maps that show the lots that do not conform to current standards from width, area, and both width and area. DISCUSSION OF RECOMMENDATION The remainder of the meeting was dedicated to the Advisory Group discussing recommendations on outstanding lot-split issues. The following are the recommendations, as discussed, during the meeting. Overall Discussion ✓ Continued subdivisions h. ➢ Majoritv Recommendation: Single-family residential lot splits should be allowed in Roseville ➢ Minoritv Recommendation (2 �roup members�: Single-family residential lot splits should not be allowed in Roseville without consideration of neighborhood context. Community-Wide Code Uniformity ✓ Should there be more than one single-family residential zoning district in Roseville? ➢ Consensus Recommendation: There should be more than one zoning district in Roseville ➢ Consensus Recommendation: 11,000 square feet in area should remain the standard. ➢ Consensus Recommendation: Create a lakeshore zoning district using DNR standards. ➢ Consensus Recommendation: Create a small lot zoning district to be consistent with existing lots that are less than have an area less than 11,000 square feet. ➢ Consensus Recommendation: Create a zoning overlay district to preserve pre- 19591ots April 99 Meeting Summary Page 9 of3
