John Kysylyczyn, 3083 N Victoria Avenue Mr. Kysylyczyn opined that Mayor Klausing's statement was incor- rect, and that the City Council had been involved, referencing the Landscaping Study and Report he had recently brought to the City Council's attention; as well as staffs recent presentation on the County Road C–Phase I streetscape.
