The DEVELOPER shall <br />obtain all necessary perznits from t�e Ntinnesoia Pollutian Can�rol Age�cy (MPCA), Ramsey <br />Cnun�y Publie Wor�CS, azad othear agencies befare proceeding with constructian. T�e <br />DEVELOPER shall �rovide feld ins�ection to ensure an accepta��e level af qualzt� coz�irol <br />to the extent that the DEVELOPER's engineer will be abie to certify that �he canstruction <br />wor�C zneeis t�e approved city standards as a condition of CITY acceptance. The <br />DEVELOPER or his engineer shall schedu�e a preconsi�uction meeting at a mutually <br />agreeab�e time a� City Hall with al1 tl�e parties coneerned, including City staff, to review the <br />progra�ra �or the constructian work. Wit�iz� thirty (30) day� afte� the ca�nple�ion af the <br />irr��rovements and be�'ore t�e �ecurity i� re�eased, t�e DEV�L4PER sk�all su�ap�y �he CITY <br />v�th a co�nplete set of reproducible "Record Pla�a" c�rawi�gs. In additio� to zeparoducib�e <br />hard copies, these "reeard p�ans" s�all be provided as a compatible AutaCAD digital �le. <br />6. Securi . To guarantee compliance with the terms of this A�reerr�ent, payrnent af the costs a� al� <br />publie i�nprovem�nts and canstruction nf a11 public improverr�ents, �he DEVELOPER shall <br />fuarraish a.�a irrevoca�le letter oi credi� %r $23,523 in a%rm to he approved by the CITY. The <br />amotr�t af th.� letter of credit is 125% of the enginee�'s estimated cost tQ construct the following <br />irr��rovements: <br />Storm sewer �a.adifications <br />Stree� c�nstrc�etion <br />Signal modi�catians <br />S�reefi szgns <br />Survey zzaonum�enis, erosion control, <br />landscape and restaration <br />7.
