Ca��aghan commented an the various plans presented throughout <br />23 the review; and questioned which site plan was accura�e; specific la- <br />24 cation af �he proposed ball fields and �eld house; whether the ball <br />25 f e�d was p�opased io be moved adjacent to Lydia and po�ential safety <br />26 impacts to traffic along Lydia and homes in �hat area; and the existing <br />27 signif cant sound buffer of t�ees in place on the east side of the prop- <br />28 erty and �he questioned the in��nt fior �hose trees. <br />29 <br />30 Mayor Klau,sing reminded Mr. Callaghan that all plans presented and <br />31 reworked by the applican� w�rc in coneep� stage at thzs pozni; and that <br />32 tree prese�rva�zan; landscap�ng; and build'zng iocation would be eom- <br />33 ple�ed in aecordance vcrith City Code and per��n��ting processes and <br />34 moni�ored by staff accordingly. <br />35 <br />�6 N�;r. Ca��aghan �ezte�ated his concerns with potent�al loss of existing <br />37 forested areas o� the campus; addressed �xisting and po�cn�ial nois� <br />38 issues from the campus speczfie to sport�ng events, and �mpacts a� any <br />39 signifzeant tree bu#'�'e�rs along the �dg� of th� campus. <br />
