Mr. Vaughan concluded by opining <br />34 that mitigation is possib�e, that shi£�ing the road eas�/west along Lydia <br />35 was the mas� feas�ble salu�ion, and given tha� the college own�d prop- <br />36 erty along Lydza and Lznco�n he�ped signzfzcantly, and s�ou�d not <br />37 r�egatively impact residential properties in �he area. <br />38 <br />
