Livingston and re- <br />�1 view�d his proposal, and that �ram �he RVA poxnt o�'vxew, it appeared <br />�2 to complem�nt other motels in the area, the ho�el brand was good, and <br />23 the need was �vid�n� that another motel could be supported in the <br />24 area, particuiarly hospztality industry focus �n the Twin Lakes ar�a. <br />25 Ms. Larson �xpre�sed wil�zngness to b� involved in addit�onal discus- <br />26 sion an the proposal, with a pxesentation to �he RVA Board to provide <br />27 more informaiion. Ms. Larson advised ihat the area could support an- <br />28 other hotel, ho�vvever, noted #hai the RVA wasn'� endorsing this spe- <br />29 cific prope�ty. <br />30 <br />31 Counci�membex Pust opined �ha� the City should be in possession of <br />32 addi�iona� environmental studies that �ar�.ay or may not impact this pxa- <br />33 ject, but certainly �he overa�� area, and opined the need �or additiona� <br />34 in�ormation oiher �han wha� was currently be�ore �he City Couneil. <br />35 <br />36 Mr. Livingston provided a Bench Handout, consisting o�' a letter dated <br />37 �uly 23, 2Q07 from Cen� Venture�, 1Cb0 Highway 10Q S, Su�ie SQO, <br />38 St. Louis Park, MN to the City Council; a Preliminary Site Plan dated <br />39 5/5/07 �o� 270� Cleveland Avenue N for PUD Submittal; and a letter <br />
