• Install EVP system for TH 51/ Roselawn Avenue signal system. <br />• Construct turn lanes at the TH 511 Roselawn Avenue and the Hamline/ Roselawn <br />Avenue intersections. <br />• Costs for the road reconstruction and pathway construction shall be shared 50150 <br />between Falcon Heights and Roseville. <br />• Fund the street reconstruction with Municipal State Aid funds, Ramsey County <br />Turnback funds, and assessments as detailed in the feasibility report. <br />• The utility improvements shall be funded by the individual City with the appropriate <br />City Infrastructure fund. <br />• Coordinate with St. Paul Water Utility on the replacement of their watermain within <br />Roselawn Avenue as a part of the reconstruction project. <br />• Begin construction of this project in spring 2006, with completion by the 2006 State <br />Fair. <br />RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION: <br />Motion c����'i�«<i.��. assessment hearing to January 30,2006 for Project 06-02. <br />� �� <br />Prepared by: Debra Bloom <br />
