CONTINUED from December 19 CITY <br />COUNCIL Meeting. <br />1.� REQUESTED ACTION: <br />I_ 1 Kimco Realty Corporation seeks approval of a REZONING (from B-1, Limited Business <br />District to B-2, Retail Business District) to allow the redevelopment of the former Franks <br />Nursery & Crafts property into a retail and office development.
