Encourage physical attributes to neighborliness (e.g. front porches, walkways, community <br />rooms in multifamily housing, neighborhood parks, etc.). <br />Enhance Roseville's identity through signage at major entrance points, gardens, and other <br />such amenities. (RVA implementation of the Roseville Glows and national marketing) <br />Encourage and expanding programs which will allow seniors to remain in their homes and <br />neighborhoods longer. <br />Consistently upgrade amenities and necessities citywide to maintain and improve property values. <br />o Maintain park system and open space. <br />o Develop a full network of non-motorized pathways, particularly on major roadways. <br />o Complete curbs and gutters throughout the community. <br />o Install aesthetically appealing, non-intrusive, crime-deterring streetlights. <br />o Install underground power lines in new developments and replacing aboveground power <br />lines with underground power lines whenever possible. <br />• Work with educational and religious institutions to keep them in the community whenever <br />possible.
