JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT <br />FOR THE C�TY QF ROSEVILLE INF4lk2MAT�4N TECHNOLOGY SERVXCES <br />ANA SUPP�RT TO THE CITY OF NORTH OAKS <br />THIS AGREEMENT, entered into by and betweer� �he CITY OF R�SEVILLE, a <br />Minneso�a rnunicipal corporat�on ("Raseville"), and the CITY OF NORTH OAKS, a <br />Minriesata zzau�icipal corporation ("Nnrtli Oaks"), i,s effective uppn tl�e execution af this <br />Agreement by the named of�'icer� o�' both arganizations. <br />R�CITALS <br />WHEREAS, Ro�eville �as an establ�shed In�ormation Technology De�art:z�a�nt and <br />technical eznployees that are able �o provide the services req�ixed by North Oaks, and; <br />WHEREAS, Roseville has an existing Microsoit Windaws Active Directo�y networking <br />domain including Micrasoft Exehange messagin� systems; <br />WHEREAS, Nortk� C)alcs is in need oi' informatinr� technalogy and. netwQrk related <br />searvices and support, and; <br />W�EREAS, M�nnesota Staiute 471.59 aui�orizes politicai su�divisinns of t�e State to <br />e�ter into Jaint Power,s Agreements for ihe jain� exercise of powe�s carnmo� to each. <br />N4W, THEREFOR.E, it is z�utually stipulated and agreed to as fo�lows: <br />1. SERV�CES. <br />A. The City of Raseville s�all provide qualified znanagement in£ormation systems <br />einployees ("Ez��loyees") to perforrn computer, and related. technicai services req�ixed by North <br />Oaks. These services include the fai�awing: <br />• User access ta Actzve Direc�ory services, incl�di�g MS Exchange messaging softwa�re, <br />subjeet ta g�abal security policies and �rocedures. <br />sas�2 �. <br />
