Rao� provided a written handout and summarized i�s content by expressing, as �h�ir r�pr�sentativ�, the inter��t of the Roseville Citizens League (RCL) in participating in a Vista 2020 process. 1V�r. Root expressed the RCL's support of long-range planning or visioning �hrough an active ci�izen-�nvolved p�ocess, p��o� to an upda�e o� the Ciiy's Comprehensive Plan. NIr. Root noted that the RCL already had �n p�ace various su�committees based on specific interests in the co�nmunity. Z.
